At LearningRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our RoPlus and RoPro subscription tiers.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your LearningRO subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: Cancellations can be managed directly through your Account Settings via your dashboard.
- Access After Cancellation: Once you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features (RoTutor limits, Premium Courses, and Avatar items) until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Future Charges: No further payments will be taken once the cancellation is confirmed. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle if you cancel mid-month.
2. UK 14-Day “Cooling-Off” Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to change your mind and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2.1 The Digital Content Exception
Because LearningRO provides immediate access to digital content and AI services (RoTutor), the following rules apply to the 14-day cooling-off period:
- Before Use: If you have not logged in or utilized any premium features (e.g., used the AI tutor beyond the free limit), you are entitled to a full refund.
- After Use: By logging in and utilizing the RoTutor AI or accessing premium Dharma courses within the 14-day period, you are requesting the immediate performance of the service. You acknowledge that your right to a full refund is waived once the digital service has been accessed or used.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period or believe there has been a billing error, please contact us:

- Required Info: Please include your account email address and the transaction date.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We value our community. If you have experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service, or if there are extreme extenuating circumstances, please reach out. We handle non-statutory refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
