- Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service (e.g., Google, Facebook).
- Security: You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country (United Kingdom) and foreign countries.
- Trademarks: Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LearningRO.
- License to You: We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for Your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Content and Conduct
Our Service allows You to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
- Your Representation: By posting Content, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post, or display on or through the Service and You are responsible for protecting those rights.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Submitting false or misleading information.
- Transmitting any Content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, or abusive.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any LearningRO server.
- Engaging in any activity that promotes cheating or circumvents the integrity of academic assessments (e.g., using RoTutor to generate direct assignment answers in violation of its intended guidance-only use).
- AI Educational Disclaimer
- RoTutor and other AI-powered features are provided for educational guidance only and do not replace independent study, teacher instruction, or academic judgment. LearningRO does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses, and Users remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Cancellations
4.1 Monthly Payments
Paid tiers (RoPlus and RoPro) are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, You authorize Us to charge Your provided payment method every month until cancellation.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel Your subscription at any time via Your account settings. Upon cancellation, You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of Your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4.3 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if You are a consumer in the UK or EU, You have the right to cancel Your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund.
- Waiver for Digital Content: By logging in and accessing digital content or utilizing AI features (RoTutor) within the 14-day period, You expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that Your right to a full refund may be waived if the service has been fully provided or partially consumed.

5. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by LearningRO.
LearningRO has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that LearningRO shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that You visit.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.
- Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
- If You wish to terminate Your account, You may simply discontinue using the Service or use the account deletion features provided within the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LearningRO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not We have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
